Dr. Tremaine du Preez is a behavioral economist and decision scientist who specializes in supporting organizations to find bespoke decision-making frameworks that match their values, culture and objectives, while ensuring they can also operate efficiently and effectively. As a director of DECIDE: Decision Making consultancy she has built a decision audit framework to examine the decision-making profile of an organization - how choices are impacted by risk preferences, culture and structure. She spent 12 years in Asia coaching executives and lecturing in behavioral finance, decision science and critical thinking to multinational organizations, government agencies and on MBA and undergraduate programs as an adjunct professor. Her clients include The Monetary Authority of Singapore, The Attorney General of Singapore, ING Bank, BNP Paribas, UCB Pharma, Astra Zeneca, Coca Cola European Partners, Thome Ship Management, Symantec, Changi Airport Group & Allianz.
