Dr. Franziska Frank is a visiting faculty at European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) Berlin, Germany’s No. 1 business school and number 10 worldwide in the Financial Times Ranking. She left Munich for an English boarding school at the age of 15, did O- and A- Levels, followed by a BA and MA in history at Peterhouse, Cambridge before going back to Germany for two state exams in law. Subsequently she worked as a management consultant with BCG for 6 years before joining ESMT Berlin in 2005. She has published books on humility and influencing. The English edition of her book Mit Demut zum Erfolg (Humility and Leadership) will come out in 2022/23.
