In Leadership To Last, authors Tarun Khanna and Geoffrey Jones interview iconic Indian leaders who have demonstrated leadership that lasts. All these icons–Ratan Tata, Anu Aga, Adi Godrej, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Devi Shetty and RahulBajaj, to name a few–have built innovative organizations that have always been aimed at the betterment of society. The authors have demonstrated that this is a lot harder to achieve than unicorn status. The stories are less about building a ‘get-rich-quick’ organization and more about bringing change.
