Covid-19 has transformed life as we know it, impacting all aspects of our life, whether it be personally, academically or professionally. As the world begins the slow and tedious process of learning how to reopen safely, businesses and communities alike are looking to leaders for guidance to help navigate this pandemic with success.

Because of this, leaders have been forced to rethink their strategies for overseeing employees, expanding their client base, handling finances, managing operations, and envisaging their organization’s future course. They transformed their way of thinking, and learned how to work together with others who have different backgrounds and differences, and they emphasized collaborating together to lead their business overcoming those differences. In other words, business leaders have had to update their managerial capabilities.
