Tremaine du Preez is a decision scientist, consultant, researcher, and author to the private and public sector as well as an ethics advisor. She has worked and lived across Asia, Africa, and Europe, diagnosing decision-making challenges and building enterprise-wide systems for multinational organizations and governments. With a keen interest in neuroscience and diversity, she has worked with some of the world’s largest organizations to equip their leaders with the cognitive tools required to unlock their full potential.

She has a PhD in Decision Science alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics. She is the author and co-author of five books and the founder of Decide, a decision-making consultancy.
