The Neuroscience of Self-Belief

Personal and professional success begins with self awareness and self leadership. Understanding how our brains and bodies work together to create our beliefs and actions is an essential component of this. Join Decision Scientist Dr Tremaine Du Preez in exploring our mental models and how they can hold us back or be our greatest assets.

In this inspiring and interactive workshop, you will learn:

  • What is your hierarchy of beliefs and how does it define you?
  • The differences in how men and women process information cognitively
  • Imposter syndrome - does it live up to the hype around it?
  • How our inbuilt negativity bias doesn’t have to hold us back
  • The new science of stress and why we should embrace it
