Kathy Preble Bayert is a Senior Director in Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she leads the Online Program Team. She leads the team in partnering with Kellogg faculty to design, produce, and deliver asynchronous online programs for global executives. She also works with client executives to design and deliver custom in-person, live virtual, and blended programs for senior leaders. Kathy has a passion for innovation and continuous learning. She delights in collaborating with clients and faculty to identify learning needs and shape programs to drive individual growth. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations and leaders design programs to effectively harness their talent.
