Akerho “AK” Oghoghomeh is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in consumer and B2B marketing, brand management, and engineering. He is currently the Senior Vice President of US Brand Marketing at Red Bull overseeing all advertising, consumer marketing, beverage initiatives and shopper marketing for the US business. Prior to Red Bull, Akerho held varying positions of leadership at Amazon, Campaign Monitor, Conagra Foods, and DuPont. Akerho holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. He is the proud husband to Dr. Alexis Wells-Oghoghomeh, Ph.D. and father to their two boys.

Yiota is currently the global CMO at Cornershop by Uber, which delivers online grocery, local specialty and other stores in Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica as well as in US & Canada. She has deep, on-the-ground global marketing experience cross-funnel, across a range of different brands and categories in consumer tech and CPGs. She held a variety of Senior Leadership roles across different verticals/brands at eBay, Paypal, Ancestry, Danone, J&J and Mars, in Europe & U.S. Yiota is passionate about global Marketing, and specifically, translating customer insights & analytics into local strategies and plans that drive business growth.

Kathy Preble Bayert is a Senior Director in Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she leads the Online Program Team. She leads the team in partnering with Kellogg faculty to design, produce, and deliver asynchronous online programs for global executives. She also works with client executives to design and deliver custom in-person, live virtual, and blended programs for senior leaders. Kathy has a passion for innovation and continuous learning. She delights in collaborating with clients and faculty to identify learning needs and shape programs to drive individual growth. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations and leaders design programs to effectively harness their talent. She is a skillful builder of strong partnerships with Fortune 500 organizations and senior executives, and works to help them unleash and activate new ideas.
